Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Shipping Providers
We work with several trusted shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery, including DHL, DPD, and Hermes. Depending on your order size, location, and shipping method, a different carrier may be used. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany, regardless of the order value. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, high demand, or carrier strikes.
