Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn and unused
Include all original tags
Be in the original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions – Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic or skincare products if the packaging has been opened.
Once a seal is broken or the original packaging is opened, these items are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

Other non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
Custom or personalized items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like a different variation of a product, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
For orders within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, regardless of our 30-day return policy.

To qualify, items must:

Be in perfect, unused condition
Remain unopened in the original packaging
Include proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@cvchinavision.com.
